سياسة الاسترجاع (Refund Policy)

نحن نثق في جودة المحتوى الذي نقدمه، ونريد أن تكون راضياً عن مشترياتك. ومع ذلك، وبما أن منتجاتنا رقمية (Digital Goods)، فإننا نضع شروطاً عادلة للاسترجاع.

شروط الاسترجاع:

يحق للطالب طلب استرداد المبلغ المدفوع بالكامل خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء، بشرط تحقق التالي:

  1. نسبة المشاهدة: ألا يكون الطالب قد شاهد أكثر من 15% من محتوى الدورة.
  2. عدم التحميل: ألا يكون الطالب قد قام بتحميل ملفات المصدر (Source Code) المرفقة بالدورة.

كيفية الطلب:

لطلب الاسترجاع، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي: info@atqinha.com مع ذكر البريد الإلكتروني المستخدم في الشراء وسبب الاسترجاع. سيتم مراجعة الطلب وتنفيذه خلال 3-5 أيام عمل.

Refund Policy

We believe in the quality of our content and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, since we provide Digital Goods, we have established fair refund conditions.

Refund Conditions:

Students are eligible to request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that:

  1. Watch Limit: The student has not watched more than 15% of the course content.
  2. No Downloads: The student has not downloaded the source code files attached to the course.

To request a refund, please contact us via our official email: info@atqinha.com. Please include your purchase email and the reason for the refund. Requests will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days.
